Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Eyelid

I have singles over my right eye 2 small blisters on lid and eye was really swollen started anti viral medication on Friday. However the eye has almost return to normal as far as swelling. Just under the eye on the check bone looks very swollen feels bruised no blisters just look like a little balloon fill with fluid. Any idea? Should I be concerned?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

From the history, it looks like ecchymosis of eyelid secondary to a stye. This will resolve with the treatment for stye which is in the form of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs.

For further confirmation of diagnosis if possible to send a photo of the affected eye so that I can advise you more accurately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
