Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Fingers

I had a blister on my finger and I put the skin off the bluster that night I used some Magic shave Power and in side of my blister turned black 3 day later my finger swolled up now 7 day later it s looks like it about to pop I would say 2 1/2 it s normal size I want to the Dr 2 day ago and she give me some Bactrim l was already self-medicating with the same anabiotic s 4 days ago to me you don t like The anabiotic s is working my finger still getting bigger in hurting more now what can I do and what should I do to help relieve this finger I work every day doing lawn care my own business I cannot afford to not go to work every day well six days a week please help me thanks Elijah
