Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be due to acute gastric irritation, peptic ulcer, gastroenteritis or stomach flu. I would recommend the following:
1) Tab. Pantop before food.
2) Tab. Ondansetron only if you have vomiting.
3) Tab. Acetaminophen if fever is present.
4) Sporolac sachets daily 2 for 15 days

If your symptoms don't subside even after 2-3 days, you may have to consult a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
