Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

Nausea, Diarrhoea and bloating can be due to Coeliac disease where the patient is gluten sensitive. It is also an auto immune disease like Hashimotos hypothyroidism and it is useful to get your self checked for this as both can occur in the same patient. You can get checked for Tissue transglutaminase antibodies by a blood test. Treatment is by elimination of gluten in the diet. Kindly, do not eliminate gluten from your diet before having the blood test as the test can then be falsely negative.

Nausea, Diarrhoea and bloating can also be due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is a diagnosis of exclusion (i.e. no abnormality is found in any tests-from blood tests to scans to colonoscopy/endoscopy) , Symptoms are similar to Coeliac disease. Management is by antispasmodics like Buscopan/Mebeverine and reducing the fibre content of diet, and taking an anti-diarrhoeal.

Diarrhoea can cause tiredness. It is worthwhile to get your haemoglobin levels and serum creatinine levels checked as well to rule out other causes of tiredness.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
Regards
