Hi,

As per your query you are having symptoms of bloating, diarrhoea and lower intestinal pain which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance, poor digestion, improper metabolism, and could be irritable bowel syndrome.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, ultrasound, endoscopy along with that take history and may prescribe ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy, avoid food like seafood and nuts, take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down. You should avoid intake of outside food.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
