Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach And Acne Before A Menstrual Period

hi i'm having a problem of pimples related to menses..actually a few days before menses my stomach swallow and also i got strong big pimples on my face.this pimples can"t be cued by any thing and let a scar..so should i do to overcome this problem.i got pimple only once a month...thanks
