Hi valued doctor, A stent was inserted in Om-2,and my RCA is totally occluded and I have been dignosed inferior ischemia through Myocard Perfusion Syntigraphy. I do not have any complaints such as angina, fatigue, burn, loss of breath causing my daily life to be in bad condition. I am taking maximal medication. What is your advice regarding the engagement with the occluded RCA? I would appreciate your valuable recommendations. Thank you. Kind regards. Serdar Ozaydiner
