Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear And Infection

Hi, I had blocked ear with earwax so I went to a doctor and he washed it with water, after that I had tighten ear and my hearing decreased,I went to another doctor he said that the ear drum was damaged and so I went to a ENT specialist, he said that there isn t hole or tear in eardrum and prescribe antibiotics and polymixin ear drop, after some days my hearing wasn t improved the doctor said that there isn t any problem with eardrum and wanted me to take an ideogram, from ideogram he said that my hearing is reduced a little and the cause is that the ear drum has been infectious because of wrong ear washing. he prescribed me amoxicilin and telfast and said that keep my ear away of any ear drop and water. then my hearing cured after some days, but now I had an ache when I burping and also I had pulsatile often at nights for about 20 days or more, it was strong yesterday but now today it is removed or is very low, now I worry that if it is because of inner otits media and may be now again the ear drum has torn and the pressure on ear vessel has been reduced and so this sound has gone , so what should i do now? and if the eardrum infectious is because of it has been perforated or not
