Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear

my right ear is completely blocked .i feel like there is some kind of worm inside me which was first in my stomach had gas,acidityand costipation problems then,recently 3 days back i had cold running nose and throat congestion ,had taken the medecine and now the cold is over and also my stomach feels clean but the ear is completely blocked , just have a feeling that same worm has now stuck in my ear..
