Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blocked ears which could be due to sinus infection, ear wax, eustachian tube dysfunction and post nasal drip .Also the probable reason for infection is viral infection as it is not improving with antibiotics . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proer examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , proper examination of ear and CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicine ) at least for a week or antiviral ( acyclovir ) , may clean wax from ears and also prescribe anti inflammatory . For now cover yourr ear while bathing , take steam , do warm saline gargles and avoid cold beverages .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
