Suggest Treatment For Blocked Eustacian Tube And Dehydrated Eardrum

Hello :) I am and have been having an issue (last 5 years or so and worsening greatly recently) with my ear/nose/throat. I have previously been told I have a blocked eustacian tube on the right side which has resulted in a dehydrated eardrum, whether this has any relevance? I constantly seem to have congested sinuses and blocked feeling ears and a horrible feeling of fluid around the back of my eyes which causes a lot of pressure and is making me squint/heavy blink quite badly, as if my eyes are really dry/irritated and strained. I have had eye tests and my vision is good, but feels blurry and slightly fuzzy. It is very frustrating and is beginning to affect my job as an artist because understandably my vision is my main tool. The constant heavy feeling around my eyes and forehead seems to cause migraines and nausea after concentrating on work after a short period of time, usually after maybe 15 minutes or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Looking at your multiple problems the main cause seems to be your para nasal sinusitis....u should get a CT Scan of nose + para nasal sinus which most likely will show sinusitis..... For which u need to take treatment....
Feel free to contact me once u are through with your CT Scan.
