Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Difficulty Breathing Through Nose

Hello Sir, My name is zaheer malik / 40 from sialkot pakistan. I m facing breath problem through nose last 20 years. Even I have operated but the problem could not proper solved. Doc said that one side of my nose is almost blocked before operate, I feel so shame when I sit with the friends, family members etc because normally when I take breath, my nose shape seems very awkward and turned towards right left sides. I feel huge problem when breaths. Some time my nose come out jelly type small parts from my nose when faced huge breath problem and after this relax for some time. Please kindly solve my problem. I shall be highly thankful to you.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem could be continuous sinusitis due to deviated nasal septum. Deviated nasal septum is usually present in almost 25 percent of population. So the best way is to prevent the infections. You can take regular vitamin c for this which is helpful. If you getting symptoms of nasal block and purulent discharge it should be treated properly. Antibiotics should be taken and nasal decongestants helps in relieving the blockade also. If that is not helping then puncture and drainage of sinuses should be done. Hope this may help you.
