Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Headache

I am facing huge cough last 8 years and increasing day by day. we meet with ENT doctor and as per X-Ray report found mild DNS right side but he asked it is normal. now i am taking madicine nasal spray. in heller and montikulast as per chest doctor instruction but not improve. pls help also note. i am facing pain in head and mild nose. always facing right nose closed

hello,thanks for your query, as per your history and details, you have got allergy induced asthma. any way, most of the patient with sinusitis secondary to dns(deviated nasal septum) may provoke sensitive respiratory system with sinus secretions and post nasal drip and induce cough and wheeze. you requeire ct para nasal sinus to rule out abonarmilities of sinuses causing sinusitis which causing chronic cough. visit an ent surgeon. hope i have answered your query, all the best. take care.
