Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Sore Throat
i am 22 at present i had alergic sinus problem and i did laser surgery too. i am good for 2 years after operation and again my nose always gets blocked, always having cold and throat sore. i get tired and feeling unwell. Taking so much of tablets and spray but no use at all. can you tell me what s my problem and how to solve it

Hello,
It may be due to sore throat with nasal congestion.
For that you may apply nasal saline drops locally.
Continue steam inhalation and betadine gargles.
In case of fever you may require antibiotics after physician consultation.
Keep your self hydrated
