Hello,

Dimeatap other decongestant medication may elevate the blood pressure. So use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use only antihistamine tablet like levocetirizine.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water intake. Avoid exposure to allergens.

Uncontrolled diabetes also may cause the development of sinusitis and secondary infection.

Symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
