Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose

My septum is straight, but it feels as though my left nostril is clogged with possibly mucus? Sprays don t help. I tried using the neilmed neti pot; but the water wouldn t come out through my other nostril, thus meaning something is blocked. How do I un-clog my nostril?

hello, thanks for your query, one sided nasal obstruction could be due to spur, turbinate hypertrophy or some anatomical abnormality or some growth. you can go for ct paranasal sinuses for the reason of constant blockage, followed by Ent consultation. hope I have answerd your query. all the best. take care.
