Suggest Treatment For Blocked Sinuses

I had nasal reconstruction surgery after my nose collapsed due to having cartilage removed and turbenectomy as a child. The surgeon changed my nostrils and the airflow chokes me/extremely uncomtoraable as it goes straight to my soft palate now. I also feel like the sinuses are completely locked up after the surgery also. ALmost feels like the sinuses and nasal passage got sealed shut. I saw an Ent and he told me to just live with it and there is nothing that he can do. I am extremely depressed, this is impossible to live with, it s all I think about. Idon t know what to do!
