The blood and pus filled patches on leg after spider bite indicates possible infective lesion most likely in terms of cellulitis stage. Gram positive bugs such as staph aureus is a routine micro organism responsible for such issues, however some notorious organisms are also there which can provoke spreading lesions such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa or others.
There can be associated coagulation deformity underlying which can lead to early development of patches, purpura or ecchymosis conditions. As there are multiple hospital admissions, some work up with basic lab reports and soft tissue ultrasound must be carried out for the diagnostic approach.
