Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot In The Brain

Hello, my mother is 55 years old& we seems a little clot in brain through m.r.i 3rd. Doctor give livopil to take for preventing fits in future but she s not having such fits problem now. Do u think we should take this tab. Is there any side effects during taking this tab
