Suggest Treatment For Blood Clots Containing Vaginal Discharge

Hi, I had my period for 15 days straight. For two days I was urinating normally with no show of blood. All of a sudden I felt a discharge and it was giant blood clots (dark red). It has happened twice; and now its like I have to wear a pad everyday because Im scared i might have an accident :(
