hello, my husband has a blood clot in leg. Is on blood thinners. his leg and foot still is swollen especially if he is active on his feet. He was hospitalized 1 month ago for 2 days. found clott in main artery in leg, and clotts in his lungs. has been on blood thinner ever since. his blood thinner levels are a 2.8.

most probably he is having DVT, he needs anti coagulation , if not controlled enough try IVC filters with clot removal
