Suggest Treatment For Blood Clots In The Eye

I had got a black eye almost three weeks ago the swelling went down my eye is open I can see the redness gone but right in the corner of my side eye ( face ) I believe I have an blood clot or maybe could it be a fracture? It hurts if I touch it. Should I go back to the hospital?

itcan be conjuctival hemorrhage descended from forehead in developmental space. it is self limiting will be absorbed and slowly become normal can apply cold compression. in angle itcanbe allergic.for it takelevocetrizine 5mg in morning and apply cromal eye drop morning and can drop.keep watch on them and with treatment they should regress. no further treatment is necessary.
