Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. From your description of the symptoms, I presume that you may have developed a fissure-in-ano. This can happen during pregnancy as the increased pelvic pressure and congestion, constipation, post-operative defective feeding leading to further aggravation. You need to increase the liquid content in your diet, take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to increase the dietary fiber, use local application like Sucralfate cream to help healing, adequate bed rest and regular follow up. You can also use lactulose if you are not feeding the baby. This helps to soften the stool. Hope this helps.
