Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool Of A Child

Hello. This morning in my 3 month old baby girls diaper there were two small spots of light colored blood and then again a small amount when I wiped. There was only urine in the diaper so I m not thinking it came from the rectum. She has no fever,hasn t been acting fussy or acting out of sort. Should I call my doctor??
