Hello and welcome to HCM,
The management of the condition depends on the cause of renal failure.
There are many causes of renal failure- pertaining to the renal glomeruli, renal tubules, vasculature etc.
Passage of blood in urine suggests bleeding in the urinary tract.
The bleeding can be due to stones or some kind of mass in the urinary tract.
Imaging studies will help to determine the possible cause of bleeding in the urinary tract.
Thus, you need to get imaging of the urinary tract.
Management of renal failure is the definitive treatment.
Thus, consult your treating doctor for further management.

Thanks and take care
