Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine, Prediabetes, Hypertension, Liver Failure, And Vision Problems

I had advocated for myself many many times to my doctor that I was born with Hereditary Shperocytosis removal of spleen and gallbladder and sought treatment to figure out what bug was elevating my wbc I never get an answer two days ago I was diagnosed with hsv 1 and hsv 2 antibodies because I wanted to get tested because a recurrent cyst in vagninal area every time I shave also to make sure my partner 1st time in 15 years didn’t give me any. I went back over all my labs and found that I have life threatening medical issues never address with me over the years 1 being blood in my urine, pre diabetes, hypertension, and liver failure no one told me anything. I also out of no where started having vision problems what can I do to find help to get my condition under control as I am always laughed at when I tell them my medical history. Because of the delayed diagnosis I feel I am not going to live long enough to my grandchild grow up. And it’s never correctly documented the reason I came in, I know my body and has always been well trained to run to the ER if I get an crisis or feel like I have a fever signs of infection.
