Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine

I had microscopic blood found in my urine. Never happened before - have yearly test at gyn. Test on Wed. Took several doses of ibuprophen (maybe 4 or 5 double pill doses) over the previous weekend. Could this be the cause? Everything else came back fine. I am redoing the test. How long should I take nothing before repeating the test? Thanks!

Welcome,
stop taking ibuprofen,it may cause gastritis/ulcer,
blood in urine known medically as hematuria -
it can be a sign of a serious medical condition, however, it shouldn't be ignored.
All cases of hematuria should be evaluated by a doctor who can order tests to confirm or rule out an underlying cause.
There is no specific treatment for hematuria, because it's a symptom and not a specific condition.
Instead, treatment is aimed at the underlying cause if one can be found. In many cases, no treatment is necessary.
Blood in urine can come from the kidneys,, Ureters ,Bladder , Urethra . Instead of its normal pale yellow color, your urine may be pink, red, brownish-red, or tea-colored.Hematuria may occur without any other symptoms.
Bladder infections, Kidney infections , Kidney stones. Kidney diseases. , high blood pressure, infection in private parts,
treatment depend on cause,
Take care,
