hey, I am worried about my spouse we had a intercourse last sunday and after he went to urinate and he said with urine there was a lot of blood. throughout the week we avoided intercourse and again today we had a intercourse after he ejaculated we went for dinner came home and he urinated and again there was blood in this urine and he said his stomach is hurting. why is he bleeding doctor? when i asked him the first time he bleeded he said its because he pulled a nerve but this time he didn t and this is not the first time we been sexually active for 2 years and this has been the first time it has happend this way why so doctor?

From the little information you provided it seems like a urinary tract infection. But it would be helpful if you provided more information like difficulty while urinating, pain while urinating, where is pain localized, fever, history of kidney stones?
Anyway I recommend initially: Urine studies, such as urinalysis, Gram staining and urine culture. Ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder. And CBC.
Regarding the treatment (if urinary tract infection is confirmed) I recommend drinking a lot of water, you can use phenazopyridine (for no longer than two days) for symptomatic relief if he has pain during urination and comprehensive antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin.
