Suggest Treatment For Blood Knot In The Ankle

I fell off a 3 step stool and it feel on my shin it swelled up imediatly my whole leg almost up to the knee turned all kinds of colors it has been 10 days and the knot on my leg is still there and it hurts to barely touch around my ankle but i can walk without hurting it just burns really bad.
