Suggest Treatment For Blood Stained Vaginal Discharge

hi i had a period at the begining of the month that lasted 5days. yesterday i noticed when i went to urinate there was a little fresh blood in my discharge. today i have a pantiliner on and its like watery blood on there when i went to the toilet to urinate there was more blood in my discharge.i have an implant but never had blood in my discharge before.
