Suggest Treatment For Blood Vessel Disease In Brain

I have been diagnosed with .. "Punctate and scattered periventricular and subcortial white matter changes identified throughout both frontal and parietal lobes". I was informed by my DR that this is, in layman's terms.. "small blood vessel disease of the brain". My question is... what is the treatment, if any and what can I expect as sympthoms.. (I just started having "fainting spells")... in the future? I am a 64 years of age and was in good health up until now, non- smoker
