Suggest Treatment For Bloodshot Eye With Squint

Hi, my three month old baby has slightly bloodshot eyes a lot of the time, with dark patches in the corners furthest from her nose which are visible when she loos sideways. She also has a slight squint in both eyes which occurs sporadically, looking inwards to her nose, (dr has referred her to eye specialist for this) and she will go cross eyed when feeding as she looks at her bottle. Is this all normal for a baby of this age? Her eyes seem to have a life of their own sometimes, although she does focus in parallel if you speak to her and she can follow you around the room. Thank you for your help.
