Suggest Treatment For Bloody Vaginal Discharge And Pelvic Pain

I have severe pain which originate in the left hand pelvic area. Today the pain is so severe and it runs up to my ribs which makes movement and even breathing a painful affair. There is also a bloody discharge which only presents when wiping. I also had terribly itchy breasts. I am over weight and have not had a consistent period for years. I might have one once a year.
