Suggest Treatment For Blue Bumps On Testicles

i have 4 blue bumps or spots on my testicles, is it a cause to worry, im 47 but i HAVE been really tired, worn out, run down, etc.and i have been having really bad feelngs that something IS wrong....could you please tell me its not a bi deal or is it a cause for caution...thank you

1.This kind of problem generally due to the superficial skin infections (bacterial), or hair follicles infective causes.
2.Its good to be cautious than ignoring the things.
3.Its definitely not an emergency, take a normal appointment with your GP, let him examine the area and decide if a course of antibiotics needed.
4.Mean wile maintain local hygiene, Avoid scratching the area even its itchy - for better healing.
