Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Swollen Ankles

I am a 27year old Female. I have been experience blurred vision, in which, I did go to the eye doctor but nothing was wrong with my eyes. And for the last couple weeks I have been overly tired which isn't me, and I have been So thirsty. I am usually not thirsty this is not common. I also have been experience my ankles and feet swelling. What could be causing this?

complete eye examination wit refraction and fundus examination is required exclude diabetes to explain thrust. blood hemogram Ra factor.should be done. treatment asper finding of investigation.
