Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision, Cough, Dizziness

I have been experiencing episodes of coughing hard enough to get tunnel vision, I get the light headed-dizzy feeling. My hearing gets weird (like I can hear my pulse under pressure) and my body seems to kind of stall for a few seconds. Then it all clears up until the next time I have another episode of coughing... Any ideas on what this might be?
