Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision

Hello, I am having issues with my right eye and have been off and on for about 5 months now. I have been to different eye dr s and they have done a multitude of tests and cannot find anything wrong. My symptoms include blurred vision, which is due to double vision, at different times throughout the day in only my right eye. I only have double vision if I look over to right side, or sometime up. This is not constant and will go away for weeks at a time and then come back and last several weeks. This happened to me yesterday while I was driving and I am now worried that if it gets worse it will interfere with my daily activities. Please help. Thank you.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The blurring of vision can be due to refractive error, squint, cataract, glaucoma to name a few conditions.

I suggest you consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment, checking of visual acuity and clinical assessment of inner parts of an eye if necessary.

Treatment of double vision can only be done once cause is found out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
