Suggest Treatment For Body Aches And Soreness

I am having pain all over my body after I do mowing and cleaning the house. This has never been an issue in the past. At times my body is so sore and achy that it hurts to the touch. I also feel like i have been kicked between my legs. I am female in early 50's
