Suggest Treatment For Body Aches With Fever

Hello, i woke up with aches and pains i thought would turn into a fever. I took 2 tablets and advil, and one can of sprite. also eat a little and it feels like its just going to go completly away. ive had the same thing happen a weak ago. I was wondering if i could be contagious, before i go and see a friend.
