Suggest Treatment For Body And Muscles Pain

hello doctor i hv body and muscles pain all over about last 2 years. sply my neck is so paining. and when i hat meals like rice or bread my heart is pumping very fast. i hv slitly body shake also. so i went 2 the doctor and he test my thyroid, urine, ECG. and my random blood glucose level after i 3 hours which i had half diat of carb. so the risults was 91. 2day after when i had my lunch i got throt and head ache. so i want 2 knoe dat whats happning inside me. plz i hope ur reply now. thx.
