Hello,

If you have been taking hormone suppliment ,then remember that soem hormones may cause weight gain. Check you Thyroid profile , S. Iron level. Look for the calories you take and you burn.

Do regular exercise , walking . Avoid fatty and fried foods and sugar . Drink plent of water , eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.

You may also take advice of a physician and a clinical nutritionist if the weight is not being reduced after following above guide lines.
