Suggest Treatment For Body Pains While On Medication For Autoimmune Arthritis

I am suffering with autoimmune artharitus from last 8 years and using medicines. I am a female aged 50 years. I have used Azoran 100 mg. for 4 years and stopped last year due to hb% came down to 3. Now I am suffering with body pains and joint pains heavily. please help and guide me sir. At present I am using medicines Predmet, Oncotrax 10 mg (weekly once) HCQS, At present I am suffering with heavybody pains and joint pains. Kindly advice me and guide me sir in this regard
