Suggest Treatment For Body Tremors And Numbness After Work Outs

I have just started doing weights more extensively over the past month, for my whole arm to the point when I am doing bicep curls and my arm can’t lift the weight. I have also been doing stomach crunches and swimming as well as lots of leg and knee work since I am recovering from a knee injury. If I over do my leg work they feel sore and tight which is normal. But last week my arms and upper body have felt very lightly tremor when I move ( if I move my hand without a weight up and down with the thumb pointing up arm at right angle) it’s not a smooth movement but a slighty jerky one. I carried on doing the weights and all my other exercise. I haven’t done any upper body work for 3 days now still feel about the same but now feel a lot more sore especially near the arm pits. I also work lots on the CPU. I do get pins and needles occasionally which is down to bad circulation I think.
Is this serious or have I just over done it with my exercise and my body is taking a long time to react to it and start the recovery process.
I am 24 I don’t drink water before or during exercise but I do after exercise.
