Suggest Treatment For Body Tremors,jaw Clenching And Foaming At Mouth

my son was sleeping and i heard him making screaming nosies and spit was coming out of his mouth and his jaw was clenched. his eyes were open but unfocused. i stood him up and told him to walk towards me and he started to walk backwards. he kept shaking and was of balance. what should i do?
