Suggest Treatment For Boil In Vagina

Hi, I just gave birth to my son almost 3 weeks ago & I now have a boil on the left side of my labia. I also had multiple stitches in that area as well so I'm not allowed to use soap yet as it would irritate my stitches. What can I do to eliminate the boil?
