Suggest Treatment For Boil On Finger After Touching Soil

about three months ago my hand came in contact with some contaminated soil every time I have anything with sugar my fingers flare up with water filled buttons swell and itch. I was put on steriods and cetirizine for about four weeks. I believe that maybe some kind of parasite enter my hand. I am presently on a three day vermox regime the swelling went down but I am afraid it will return. Is there a way to kill the eggs that may still be there

Hi thanks for choosing HCM,
No doubt, or It could be parasitic infection, SCABIES.
but it will be super added by infection due to your scratch.
1) First control the infection by using antibiotics,
Tab cephalexin 250mg twice per day until infection subsides.
2) Apply Permethrin lotion from top to bottom after hotwater scrub bath daily for 3 days.
3) To combat itching use Levocetrizine daily night.
4 Tab. Ivermectol 6 mg weekly once for 3 times.
