Hi

Recurrent development of folliculitis over body needs to be further evaluated so as to look for the exact cause
A blood glucose assessment is necessary to rule out diabetes .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist.
