Suggest Treatment For Bone TB

Hi sir my mother is suffering from bone tb for past one year from feb 2010, she discontinued her treatment after one month treatment. now again she started treatment from september 2010, now she perfectly following the course but no improvement was found , things getting worst more , she is getting more pain and unable to walk and stand.pls advice
