Suggest Treatment For Bone Bruise

Recent MRI shows "bone bruise" on r) femur with marrow edema. MRI for knee pain. Have had swelling, pain and locking in r) knee. Also, on MRI saw a "cyst" on the ACL. Lateral and Medial miniscal tearing also seen on MRI with "trauma/weakening to the ACL". Recent 6 mo history of hair loss, weakness/fatigue. Also a r) kidney cyst found with elevated BUN. All my googling point to "multiple myeloma". Will be discussing surgery for knee with MD tomorrow.
