Suggest Treatment For Bone Contusion In Foot And Ankle

I have just received results from my MRI and it has been determined that besides the plantar fasciitis and bone spurs, they noticed multiple bone contusions(more than 8) throughout foot and ankle and several bone marrow contusions in upper foot and ankle, fluid build in ankle joint-I have been in pain for over 2 weeks and in a soft cast. Added crutches 2 days ago(which helped bearing no weight on foot) while awaiting MRI-now that I have the results which are being forwarded to my doctor, what type of treatment can I expect and with this being a Friday if my doctor does not get back to me, will I do more damage using crutches etc. I will say I am not the one to complain about pain but this is a type of pain that keeps me awake. Any suggestions? And what might be my treatment options? Thank you for any info and help.
